The templates are free for personal, school and workplace use. You may print and share the pages you make with them. You may not copy the templates or this site's text to republish them as your own.

What you make is yours

Anything you type into a template belongs to you. The site never receives it; see the privacy policy.

No guarantee

The templates and the guidance beside them are general information, offered as they are, without any guarantee that they suit your purpose. A school, employer or organisation may require its own form. Check what you are asked for, and check your printed page before you hand it in.

To the extent the law allows, the site is not liable for loss arising from use of the templates, including entries lost because browser data was cleared.
